Garage door keypad not working
It is the battery far more often than anything else, and the tell is that the keypad lights up but the door does not move. A keypad that lights and does nothing has lost its pairing; a keypad that does not light at all has a flat battery or corroded contacts.
Do this first
Press any key. If nothing lights, change the battery — most take a single 9V or a pair of AAA behind the flip-down cover.
